The company has a small structure as it was set up 5 years ago by the founder nicolas and is accompanied today by gilles, sales & marketing manager.
Lovibond is growing fast and has ambitious objectives for the years to come.
as a back-office manager, you bear the responsibility to support our organization in daily processes, accounting & administrative handling of the service.
Logistics: stock management, delivery sheets preparation.
Accounting: invoicing, control and monitoring of payments, sending reminders.
Administration back office: schedules, meeting preparation, insurances, internships, …

You have at least 3 years of similar experience.
You have sense of initiative & responsibility.
You are organized, dynamic, sociable & flexible.
You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills are needed : english, french and dutch – german is a plus.
You feel comfortable with MS office suites and using ERP software.
You are a believer in the power of values-driven communications to create a happier, healthier world.

We offer a 4/5 contract for an indefinite period (+/- 30h) with an attractive remuneration according to the current scales within the paritair comité and experience.
